Are there any turbocharger kits available for the z4 or z4M

I understand that the z4 M series shares the same powerplant with a BMW M3. Several companies produce turbocharger or supercharger kits for the E46 M3. Could such kits be fitted to a z4 M? Would there be difficulty in adding such super or turbochargers due to the size of the Z4? I also appolagize if this new thread should be in the M series forum, however, I am only using the Z4 M's powerplant as an example. Any input would be helpful. Thanks.
 
I was kind of thinking the same thing--the N52 engine is the one BMW uses to bolt the twin turbos onto for the 135 and 335, so why not an aftermarket bolt-on and chip?
