Are Bowkers Preston still as bad?

I know Bowkers were being slated a couple of years ago for over charging, charging for stuff they'd not done etc but are they still as bad?

I've got an oil service coming up and thinking of risking it as they are closest to me.

Lloyds BMW colne are offering a oil service for £99 , never heard a bad word from there . . . probably do it while you wait
