Arden BMW Maidstone

I need to book the Z4M in as I think I have a broken rear spring and the Sat Nav is playing up.

I am not familiar with dealers in the area, has anyone used Arden before? Did they used to be Coopers Maidstone?

Yes they did used to be Coopers, as far as I know straight buy out or name change job, still the same faces there, obviously I have used them when they were Coopers and had no problem at all, very efficient and knowledgable, I think they have only been Ardens for about a month so I cant see why anything would have changed to much,,

Apart from Bob the parts manager was in a suit when I saw him the other day (company policy change?) :D
 
Cheers for that Rusty, very helpful.

I spoke to the service manager on the phone and he seemed fairly knowledgeable and helpful. Going to run the car down to them tomorrow for them to have a look at it.

I am still under warranty but this is good to know for other work not covered, thanks for this.
