Applying Roof Protection in Cold Weather

I need to protect my roof, I cleaned it using the RaggTopp cleaner just before xmas, but now it's had time to dry out it's bloody cold, and I am guessing the raggtopp protector wont like being applied in cold conditions.

Does anybody know if the BMW solution would be better, I believe it is a solution requiring application with a foam pad, so this would suggest it would be better than a aerosol (raggtopp)

Oh yes, I need to do it tomorrow before the car comes out of the garage on Tuesday.

Raggtop protector likes to dry a little between applications. You're not going to get that in this weather!

I have used both and prefer the BMW kit over the Raggtop. And, I too, perfer the sponge application over the spray, but not when it is cold.
