Apex arc 6 wheel offsets and tyre sizes

I've been quoted the following and I'm not sure if the following specs will be suitable for my car, I've copied the email below which I received, let me know what you guys think as the guy I've been speaking too has said this will be more of an aggressive set up for my z4m roadster.
