As above, wondering if anyone has used gtechniq range of car care products and any reviews they may have.
what I've seen so far on the web and YouTube it looks impressive with a lot of there products having a long life once applied to the car.
The C5 wheel armour is the product that got my attention and started me looking at there full range of car care.
Your comments would be very much appreciated as its not the cheapest but if it's as good as it looks then it's worth every penny.

I've been using GTechniq products for a good few years, the C5 is excellent (it's the same product as C1 & C4, just packaged differently & with different instruction sets), as is the i1 (for waterproofing the roof)

c2v3 is also very good, and an improvement on c2v2 and c1.5 silo seal, it doesn't shed water quite as well as Sonax BSD but it leaves a much slicker finish - I've started to use a mix of c2v3, BSD and distilled water in a 2:2:1 mix which seems to give me the best of both worlds

I wasn't so impressed with their W2 apc but their W1 G-wash seems to work as well as any other premium car 'shampoo'

Other companies do similar products and I'm sure that others will be along with their suggestions for alternatives to the Gtechniq range - everyone has their favourites but, in the real world, there are only a few real 'manufacturers' and the rest is just packaging and marketing

I use G1 for the windscreen, I1 Smart Fabric for the roof, and C4 Permanent Trim Restorer for the windscreen scuttle (and other plastics). I have found the products excellent, used them for a few years now.

Wifes Daily driver has had the full GTechniq treatment with the ceramic coating- stunning finish to the car and the glass product is very impressive

First post!

I took delivery of some GTechniq T1 trim today and was really impressed with the results. The dressing allows you to tune the shine to your personal taste, so I went for 2 coats to give a Satin finish. I'm curious to see how long it will last, but I've heard good things nonetheless.

I recently bought their whole array of products, but didn't get to apply the more advanced stuff due to the weather.
I did apply today C2v3 for a first time, after a good wash. Relatively easy to apply, but if you don't wipe right away, you need to buff quite hard. The result looks great:

This was just one shallow application. I will apply a second layer tomorrow.
I wash my car almost weekly, so I'll post here later on about how long it lasts.

If you mix it about 1:3 or 1:4 with distilled water it also makes a good QD spray....

Check my pics on M specific and in here
Ceramic coatings
Exo sealed and waxed to death = car porn!!

You can still wax a car after sealants are on
As you get an amazing finish with concours wax
Whilst all protected underneath

Plus if as I
I still enjoy waxing my cars, so this way you can
As both my cars are purely dry weather use only

Some may choose to leave sealants on and just use detailing spray to keep clean
Everyone's different I guess
I find waxing and seeing results very therapeutic ask anyone of whom does the same :)

Sorry, I just don't understand why anyone would apply wax over a decent coating...

Beading and sheeting. As you say, the ceramic coating is far superior in terms of longevity and protection from scratches/bird droppings/acid rain etc. But for sheeting water off the surface, you just can't beat something like Glasur, BoS, Blackfire Midnight Sun etc.

Very nice indeed...... likewise i'm a big fan of Gtechniq T1.

I got a sample given to me before Xmas 2015 and loved it.

Ordered a full bottle and i would highly recommend it.

I finally purchased a bottle of gtechniq C5 wheel armour.
I spent about a HR on each wheel, removing, washing, clay bar to remove tar and drying before adding the C5.
The C5 is very easy to work with.
I've taken a picture of results but more importantly I'll let you know in a couple of months time if it's holding up to be as good as they say.

I have finally get to use Exo. Just wow. Three weeks since I applied it, I still wash the car only with water, no touching. It still shines like new and it's a daily driver. This stuff is just amazing.

Month and a half and my Zed gets a correction and then black with two coats of exo.

Can't wait but need to get my bumper painted again before it gets done! Only did it four weeks ago :(

You might be better off with a coat of Crystal Serum Light and then top that with Exo...
