Anyone removed front camber pins for more camber?

Hi all,

After reading a lot of yours guys issues with steering etc i was wondering if anyone has removed the front camber pins and moved the strut over for increased camber?

When I had my 1 series and on the forums a lot of people removed the camber pins and moved the strut towards the engine increasing the camber, it was a fairly common procedure and did help with tyre wear and handling a fair bit.

Just a thought but it may help with issues people are having here as well!

Has anyone done anything similar on here?

It’s a doddle to do and could work out well.

Yes - lots of folks have done it.

Downside I believe is more inner edge tyre wear, that's bad already.

Anyone noticed improved handling with the mod?

Not too bothered about tyre wear if the car drives better than standard.
