Anyone remember F1 event on Isle of Bute, 2003 ?

Was just replying to the Festival of Speed post which reminded me of the F1 event held on the Isle of Bute @ Mount Stuart back in 2003.

It was an amazing yet bizarre event which was a one-off but gave fantastic access to the 2 x F1 teams that made the journey - BAR Honda & BMW Williams. Both cars did demo laps through the woods and put on a good albeit rather brief show, Sato was driving the BAR and was his usual kamikaze self No doubt a few Zedders made the trek to the event. I'll post a couple of pics when I dig them out.

Pity for us Scot's that it didn't become a regular event but I guess the location made it a major ball-ache for the teams (as well as the fans) to get to.

This was a great event and it definitely turned my 2 boys into the F1 fans they are today, although they miss the howl that these two V10 monsters produced back in 2003

Was it Juan Pablo montoya in the Bmw williams?

Just googled it, was a chap called Olivier Beretta. Car didn't run right if my memory serves me well.
