Anyone know who makes these lights?

I recently bought a 2007 Z4 and these lights are installed and not working properly.
From VIN decoder my car shows to have "522 Xenon Light" and "520 Foglights" originally.
The drivers side (left) high beam light and turn signal (both bulbs inside headlight assembly) goes off and on sometimes.
Since my car came with Xenons I would not have to rewire to go back to OEM IF that turns out to be my best option.

And I don't have foglights now and.... I assume the previous owner broke them from hitting the front bumper. Ugh.

Any info/help on these issues would be greatly appreciated!!!

Your pic isn't very clear but they appear to be the same as i had on a previous Z
Start by tracing the headlight wiring to the point they connect with the cars original , my passenger had problem similar to yours .
It was a relatively easy fix once traced , the actual connectors don't marry correctly & required a little solder to fix
