My dad has seen a Nissan X-trail on Autotrader he wants to buy but it is this company, they have contacted him with a few photos and said they could deliver the car to him for no extra fee. It seems to sound fine but I'm not sure so wanted to know if any of you have heard or dealt with them in the past? Another thing was he phoned them on the Sunday just gone (because of what the advert says) and they said he will have by this Monday to be able to buy the car then it is getting passed off to a dealer. This is strange as they phone him earlier today updating him about the progress of the vehicle and not mentioning anything about it going to the dealer. It was a different person that spoke to him as he said there was no room to move on price which is different to what he was told when he rang up on Sunday. :?

Cheers

Check with your local trading standards office to see if the company is known to them or if they approve of this type of selling. I did this once with an internet company that seemed a but suss. they advised me that there were ongoing complaints etc. Usually, if it seems dodgy dont bother.
