Anyone had a P 0420 code go out?

Hi all-during a hoon today the emission light came on AGAIN plugged in the reader the usual P 0420 code, has anyone had this go out over time?-or will it need deleting?-thanks.

I was going to but I thought it may not see the fault for a few turns of the key and delete it.

Will the zed be running any differently for example rich, if I drove for a couple of weeks with the light on?

I've had mine go out by themselves after a couple of journeys. But if you have the scanner just delete it.

I was going to delete it but thought it would be a test to see if the zed sees it as a glitch over time?

Did you ever read the codes prior to them going out?

You should immediately delete the code immediately after reading it. Then if it doesn't come back for some time you know you havn't a long term problem.

Noted - I had an engine warning light which was a P0420 code.

One bottle of Cataclean and code deleted and now 500 miles done with no re-occurences, so I'm hoping the not worrying works!
