Anyone going to the Le Mans Classic?

We're going on Thursday and returning next Monday, we're stopping here, http://www.chateau-de-chanteloup.com/, stayed here 2 years ago in the main Orangerie, there are 11 of us this time so we're taking both, and had a fabulous time.

The weather looks to be, according to the weather app, 28'C so I don't know how long I'll keep the plus four's on !

It's every 2yrs and there are some amazing cars, last time there were 40 Ferrari GTO's going around the circuit, on a parade lap granted, but what a site, 911's galore, 935's, Speedsters, GT40's, genuine and reps, Cobra's et al, proper cars :driving:

Very nice, I am jealous, was there 2 years ago too, great time. Personally prefer the classic to to the 24, more relaxed and you can get much closer to all the cars etc.

Great place to stay too, have been staying there the last few years for the 24, have even entered the Z in the car show they put on. They have a photo of it up in the bar, see if you can spot it ;-)

Yes, me and a mate are travelling down Thursday - ferry to Calais Friday AM and staying over until Monday - No Z4 as it was sold last year - but replacement is an E93 320i Cab
Looking forward to seeing the old GT40's Ferrari's etc.
