Anyone Dealt with member "gho888" WARNING

Hi All

Has anyone had any dealings with this member??

I'll start at the beginning. he wanted to swap his black grilles for a silver/chrome pair, because my car is in the garage I thought an ideal time so exchanged emails and I sent him my grilles recorded delivery. After a few days he says he has recvd nothing, I check RM and fair enough a card was left. After a few more days I PM to chase he says he is due to pick up today (this was last Tue).

I have PM'd him 3 times and each time he has logged on and read my messages (I know this as I checked his history, Thursday, Sat and today) :headbang: :headbang:

I explained that I needed a urgent swap as my car is nearly ready. :evil:

Now I have been a member all of 5 mins on this forum and had a couple of dealings with members, even sold an item to a moderator with no problem. :driving:

Now if there is a genuine reason behind all of this fair enough mods delete, but I have been a forum member of numerous boards over the last 12 years and NEVER had a problem like this. :( :x

So anyone know of this guy??

Ps, I have warned him that unless he at least replied I would do this so please no one think I am being harse!! :headbang: :poke:
 
I do not know this member. Thanks for the warning. :thumbsup: I hope it gets resolved favorably for you.
 
Unless there is a death in the family...no excuse is good enough. I'd bail out of the deal now and never look back.
 
There may be a very good reason, if there is i'm sure he'll post a reply to this thread.
 
hello everyone!!!!

regarding to this, i think mr david has make a few mistake!!!!

regarding to those grilles, i had already post them out, with a royal mail receipt sitting beside me

date: time: 15/12/2008 13:18
session prefix 4-3380013

with all his complain is complete bullSH*T

he offered me those grill a whole months before his post them out,
since that i am a university student, i can't travel 100s of miles everyday checking on post, and due to that i can recieved the grill he send me straight away, because is left too late, and due to this he can't expect me to repost my grills to him straight away!!!

and please take in mind i has already reply to his PM last nbite, which he did not reply and this morning asking nicely did he recieved the grills but no sound from him.

and also if anyone have a smart mind they will know at this time of the year royal mail is busy due to christmas posting....

if there anything to blame, blame the timing

p.s, now mr david want me to buy 2 new grilles for him., if he do not recieved them. he can say whatever he want and get another 2 new grilles....
even if he recieved them or not...

and if u think about it, if he didn't left it too late, then he will recieved those grilles on time or b4 time!!!!
 
and able to show my honestly, i offer if anyone interest, on how many pm i sent to him regard to those grills,

which can proof that the amount of time is take mr david to post out those grill from the day he offered!!!!
 
Guys - putting my 'Mod' hat on for a moment, can I suggest that since you have opened communication you take this one off the board and deal with it by PM, email or telephone.
