Anyone actually had a remap done?

i find giving mine a throttle reset makes it "feel faster" too.

So I agree without an accurate dyno (so same temp conditions/ fuel/tyre pressure) before an after.

I've had a couple of dynomatics done in the past... and i find my power levels can vary depending on which way the wind is blowing!

Not necessarily.

If the car is removed from the dyno between runs, then you can strap it down differently to increase/decrease the pressure on the rollers, which can then increase/decrease the at-the-wheels reading.

I also notice on the graph posted earlier that the oil temp is listed at nearly 451.9C, ambient temp is 0.0C, and the gear used was 5th but states a 1.86 ratio, when I'm sure it's a 1.00 ratio.

The other confusing thing is you've got a plot which shows 4 lines (assuming before & after for power & torque), yet the legend above says there should be 3 lines, one for motor power, one for wheel power and one for losses.

If there's one error, can there not be more?

Just returned from a 100 mile round trip and can confirm 100% that there is more to remapping than snake oil. Car seems smoother across the whole range and definitely pulls a lot stronger in 1st, 2nd and 3rd gears (not so noticeable when overtaking at motorway speeds).

Money well spent imho.
