anybody watched "The Great Dictator"? good/bad?

Something about this speech that just gave me chills down my spine! Especially odd coming from a man that has rarely said a word in the first place..
I'm not too big into movies in general, let alone an old movie such as this but, I'm curious if it's worth a watch? That speech felt so passionate/meaningful and it's resonating with me. :headbang:

I've heard the speech many times, it's classic, it is like it was written for these times, he wrote, acted and directed that movie.
Times don't change that much !
 
I'm a fan of old movies and while The Great Dictator I don't consider one of Chaplin's best films I do believe as an individual his taking a stand against fascists was his finest hour. In general pre-WWII Hollywood and the film industry wanted no part of international politics. That changed when the US entered into WWII.
