:D :driving: :?

That's almost "Showroom" condition for an Alfa ! :fuelfire:
(Factory Condition is rust on only 50% of the panels)

What the actual f**k?!

There is absolutely no way you'd get that picked up without it disintegrating into a pile of dust.

I'd be surprised if there was even a screw that could be reused

There has to be some kind of scam involved here the rusted crap there isn't worth 1000 pence never mind 1000 pounds....

Unless it's Mike Brewer who put the bid on....

It's basically the V5 for sale. It's called ringing and is illegal. Someone would buy this and swap all of the details to another car along with the chassis ID plate etc. Useful if dealing with stolen cars. It's the only logical conclusion as nothing salvageable is left of that car.

There's a thread on pistonheads about cars spotted like this.

And that's why it's worth a grand

Police should have a unit monitoring this crap as the tw@t is just selling a licence to nick someone's pride and joy

Not only the police, if reported to eBay it should be removed as its against their selling policy.

And yeah, basically this will help someone who's stolen someone else's pride and joy cover up the true identity of the car. You see it all the time with Ford escort mk1's. Sad state of affairs.
