Any road cyclists in the house?

Just had a look at a Bianchi Intenso road bike and only didn't leave the shop with it as he said he had a nicer bike coming in next weekend for the same price.

Any thoughts on these?

Shiny moment ahoy!

Much of a muchness. Most road bikes are very good. A lot depends on whether you are brand loyal or want a Colnago/Bianchi simply for the "name". For me, I'd look at the likes of Canyon. Mail order German bikes, superbly built, very high spec for the money. When I have done the 24 race at the nurburgring...on a push bike, 50%+ of bikes are Canyon.
If Iw as after spending a chunk of cash, it'd be where my money went.

Love cycling, did thousands of miles a year whilst living in NL, but in the UK the cycling is just way to dangerous on the road :(

I have a Wilier La Trestina. Lovely bike. Definitely see if you can ride a few demo bikes to get a feel for racy or touring style
