Does anyone have an image they can post of their 35i ECU Control box with the cover removed?
I found two Phillips head screws among the 9 fasteners holding my cover on, I decided to look inside as someone was certainly in there (prior owner). What I found doesn't look factory to me - a bit messy but fully functional. I'd like to do my best to put it back proper but need some sort of reference.
I also found two pairs of cables in the engine bay leading to the box to be crossed over each other, so clearly some sloppy hands were playing mechanic at some point. My DCT cabling is also routed over the back of the motor, entering the gearbox tunnel on the opposite side, as opposed to entering the tunnel on the near side and looping back forward to it's connector. What a hassle.

That's a lot of weirdness for a car with only 24,000 miles from new.
A number of mounting tabs on the connectors are snapped, so I'll need to use zip ties to secure a few.
Thanks for whatever you have!
