Basically trying to do the gf a favour...she's recently finished doing her MA in York uni, she makes me feel a bit uneducated and has been applying for editorial assistant graduate roles around Oxford/London/midlands/Cambridge but doesn't seem to be getting anywhere
So she's assuming it maybe is down to the fact she has little work experience in this field, and there is probably hundreds of other applicants
So was wondering if any editors/assistants/publishers or likewise who could maybe give a few pointers or advice, or if anyone wants to offer a charming, blonde 23 year old girl who sounds quite posh a bit of work experience or likewise in a bid to make a cv seem different then chat away below
