///MR is back home after another successful MoT.

Finally think the expensive battery drain issue I was having is sorted.. Seems it was the solinoid on the petrol cap continuously operating as the last time I filled it up. Months ago. I didn't"t close it properly, thei rubber stingy thing was impeding the locking pin. Cost me £171 for a new battery that went in the bin that did. :x

Under 2000 miles since the last MoT. Which is a record by a long way.

Great news buzy.

Shame about the battery though, and the limited miles.

But I think we've all suffered with that - my MOT was done on 19 May 20 and so far I've only managed 1,500 miles!

Took the ///MR for a bimble across Dartmoor today, with MrsG rear gunner in her Mx5. Berly warmed the engines. Still such a joy to be out in the cars again though. Stopped and sat, had a picnick and just enjoyed the moor for a few hours. Then headed back home.

Alas I forgot to take a single photo. To busy enjoying the day. :driving: :D
