Phase one of the refurb of my 108's - the question now is the colour. I'd originally, and still do think OEM silver however, I'm thinking anthracite would look nice with the titanium bolts.

My fear with the anthracite is if it will suit the car and bring the overall look down.

The biggest bonus is that all bolts freed off and the wheels split easily.

Jmo but on your silver grey car i would go either 2 contrasting silvers or matt black star with high silver rim :?
Here's a set of 2 tones i had done

Do you mean polished rim and silver star?

I wouldn't personally have polished 108 rim but you could have high silver rim with a different colour silver star

Hi Simon, thinking of splitting my 108's in the near future hope the bolts come off and the wheels split as easy as yours seem to have.
In the bottom picture are they wooden dowels you have put in the bolt holes ready to go off for refurb.

No mate - dropped them in this morning and picked them up this evening. The powder coaters did the tyres :)

Looking Good Simon,

I got my M6 wheels back yesterday and I'm chuffed to bits with them for the cost.

Hello Number5.

I really like the early E85 (more than the face-lift or M roadster) and particularly in sterling grey. Your M6 wheels look fantastic and really suit the car.

Dave
