Annoying Warning

There have been a few occasions when I have not closed either the boot or the bonnet properly after use. This is not a car fault, but what is annoying is that the car only appears to warn that either of these are not closed properly after you drive off! Most annoying!!!! Has anyone else noticed this?

Yes, usually the bonnet not closed properly. It seems to need a bit of a drop to get the left side to lock properly - the side without the gas strut. Just get comfortable, drive off and then the warning! But it is the first car that I have had that has let me know.
