People who arrive at the Itchen toll bridge in Southampton then sit and go through their pockets/purse/bags looking for change, you know it's a toll bridge, get the bloody money ready before you get to it.

What is this 'ceebs' you speak of ? I may be able to out-yoof-speak my son for once as I have never heard this one...

Apparently "ceebs" is a bastardisation of CBA, standing for "cant be arsed".... useful phrase for teens
