Angel eyes bulb replacement

Hi Guys
My Zed has the angel eyes headlights on it as seen in the pic.

The side light - the bulb in the top white Perspex bit of the light went on the way back from Beaulieu last night.

I’ve removed the wheel arch cover and undone my screen washer to get better access but it’s really really tight for my sausage fingers.

Any idea how this connector in the pictures undies for the bulb? I don’t want to force it really without knowing how and to be honest struggling anyway.

I assume to remove the headlight fully is a bumper off job too?

Thanks in advance

Arron

You might be able to get away with disconnecting the bumper from the clip on just that side.

They are not OEM lights so not many will have experience with these.

They are aftermarket Sonar/2xcite headlights. It's so tight as can be seen in your photo that unfortunately the only way to get access to that sidelight bulb holder is to remove the bumper and headlight. I have the same and had to do this too :( The holder turns either way a half turn to remove but feels tight so just pull whilst you twist it. I changed the bulbs for these 501 W5W LEDs...much whiter and brighter :thumbsup:172456a.jpg
