android for dash E85 Z4

So has anyone ever installed one of these into their E85? they look impressive but will have to cut the dash as my Zed did not have the OEM GPS. Of course these come from China which is also a little concerning...

Looks nice but specs are very old, current android is 8.1
So if it's undateable you may get some life from it, but you may find some apps are no longer supported
 
I have a Chuwie tablet (forget the spelling) at home. It cost me £88 from All ex. But it's a full windows 8 PC. I have been tempted for so long to get it integrated into the motor but at the moment I can't even get a grom unit to work.

Issue with the Android tablets is the maps aren't free you'll need a vast data packet to warrant it.
 
That is for an X3. So the fit won’t be great. Also it’s fixed position won’t look great.

I’d be looking for a E85/6 monitor on eBay and gutting it to fit a tablet for better look.
