bmw garage reckons the cattle grid noise im hearing from the left rear when slowing down and it gets to around 1100 rpm, is a flat run flat, didn't realise myself the tyre was that flat looks like the alloy could be cracked(just had the drivers side rear welded due to a crack) tyre not holding air tyre was fully inflated noise went away.
