An older Z4 with low mileage or a newer one with higher?

You made the right decision in my book and some think the early Zed is a better looker than the facelift - especially the front bumper and rear light cluster. . . .

I'm looking to change the alloys at some point, although the current ones are growing on me.
Lovely car and you made the right choice. Old shape is much nicer looking in my opinion. Not a fan of the rear on the new model as the lights don't look as good and front bumper is not as nice either

The Difference in power is minimal anyway and not very noticeable either between the M54 or N52 engines until you get to the M that is :evil: Mad Professor

Nowt wrong with the wheels IMHO ,save your money and spend it something else .Looks like you've for a lovely wee Zed there .Enjoy and drive safe.

Yep, a 2.5i. My last car was a Mazda Eunos / MX5 MK1 so this is a major step up in terms of power and quality. The Sport mode is neat too.
It currently has Bridgestone RSC tyres, which feel a bit stiffer than what I've been used to. I drove over a cobbled pedestrian crossing and the RSC tyres were a bit rough. However, I'm going to be using the Z4 for long road trips when the sun comes out, so hopefully it won't be too much of a problem on the (relatively flat) motorways..
