Someone named simon sent me an email (through the forum) asking for more info on the softtop replacement.
Since the forum hides the email address, I do not know how to get back with said individual.
There are three other simon's, or derivatives of simon on the board.
To whom ever:
On the question of transfering the hydraulic lines, if you do this quickly, (don't pull a line then go take a smoke) then your oil loss on each hydraulic line is a couple of drops. The pump is self priming and purging. Just cycle the top up/down a few times to purge any air that was introduced into the hydraulic lines. The amount of fluid in the vent and supply tank (reservoir) is way more than you need for this task.
Hope this answers your questions. If not, don't be afraid of posting them on the forum. The questions and answers may help someone else down the road....
