You also need two small self-tapping screws (of the type that most people have millions of in their garage).

They do an ok job. Not amazing, but good enough for coffee cups/bottles on the motorway and +1 on the WAF.

My Alpina front spoiler only makes matters worse. Still, I've been contemplating buying these beautiful splitters for over a year now.
