Disappointing end to the saga in a way, would like to know what action Amazon take to recoup their losses, they must have some mechanism for getting some money back, unless as an Amazon trader you have to provide a deposit with them to cover defaults such as this?

So initially the claim involves amazon sending the seller a copy of the claim? Never done one before.
