Alpina RS oils & spark plugs

Can somebody please give me the heads up as to what are the most cost effective gearbox & diff oil options for my Alpina RS?

Also will be looking to change the spark plugs so any pointers on that would be much appreciated?

Welcome to the forum. I’m sure #156 was a previous forum owners car but feel free to pop a photo up anyway

Everything is pretty much based on the 3.0 model so will take the same. Alpina recommend 0w60 engine oil initially but have since recommended switching to thicker 5w30 or 5w40 for higher mile cars once they hit 80k+

Depending on where you’re located RBM just off the M3 are a good starting point for servicing (I had an Insp2 done on #019 there yesterday)
