Alignment Settings

Hi all

Following from an earlier post regarding high speed instability I want to get my alignment changed. What would be the recommended setting for a non-sport 3.0si. I guess having a little less rear camber would be good but does anyone know what the original specs are?

Bump...+1 We've found a place that has laser alignment equipment that understands the problem re rear camber, just would like the original specs for my own benefit, in a format that I can understand Thanks in advance of any help.

Is it really!! well I posted on that thread, the diagram was the printout of the settings on someone elses car and I'm not sure how to interpret the post further down. If you'd like to elucidate on what those figures mean then I'd be grateful.
