You really don't need a video link for this - it's a 2 second job, and really obvious when you have the part and look at the pic I put up previously. It's literally a pinch, remove and put the new one in.

This video from about 1:20 in should give you an idea of how trivial this is. Not the same car, but same kind of thing.

Had the same problem on mine. Disconnected the bonnet sensor and the problem stopped. Haven't changed it yet but it looks easy enough without going to a garage.
 
Take the switch off!

Soak it in wd40 or contact cleaner press in and out a few times, and leave it to soak for a few hours... Then leave it to dry... Job done!

It's just a build up of dust on the contacts! I know its cheap but works ;)
