Aircon/heater problem

Hi - my e89, 90k miles has recently developed a fault with the aircon/heater.
No matter what temperature I set the thermo at it blasts cold air.. and hot air only comes on when I turn it to full heat. Happens on both sides, no issues with anything else (I've read that seat heaters may fail at the same time as aircon).
Any ideas? Is there a reset procedure or is there a thermostat for the aircon I can swap out?

hi, did you turn the dial from blue (left) to red (right) in the middle below the vent grills?

I had a similar issue recently and it went away after I did this:

- Removed and refitted coolant bleed screw
- Performed the electric water pump bleed procedure
- Topped up the coolant level to max
