Airbag Light on 93E7 Fault code Low Voltage

I have just brought a BMW Z4 2004 2.2 and discovered thats the airbag light is on. I have tried all sorts of things so in the end I brought a Topdon Artydiag 600 which showed me the fault which was 93E7 and said it was low voltage. The battery is showing 12v and 14v with the engine running so I'm not sure where the voltage drop is coming from. Anyone had any success with this issue? I am starting to lose hope without spending a fortune on a garage fixing the issue.

Just to add, I cleared the fault but the light didn't go out, I then left it for a while and the fault re appeared

My low voltage recently was very simple= the clip was undone

Which bag is it- may be the connections are in need of cleaning?
