I seam to recall that airbags are recommended to be replaced after a certain period of time. Does anyone know how long it is? Given the age of some Z4s and the exploding Takata airbag recalls worldwide. Has anyone ruitinely replaced airbags. I am guessing it is expensive!

Used to be 10 years, but I know that Volvo, and a few others revised their advice, and now say they are good for the life of the car..
