Air filter, OEM or pattern.

Any recommendations on air filters?
I've always gone for OEM but not sure if any pattern part are as good (Mann etc.).
 
I go for Mann or Bosch filters normally, unless OEM are sensibly priced.

What's the consensus on the cheapest ones (Crossland etc.)?
 
Apparently Mann make BMW filters, but people have mentioned dealer prices for standard service parts can be surprisingly reasonable, so may be worth checking as well.

MANN are an OEM :roll:

I've not checked dealer prices but you can pick them up for about £10-12 from Carparts4less depending on the (perpetual) sales code.

I ended up going for OEM on fleabay as euro and carparts4less were roughly the same price.

Useful to know Mann is the original manufacturer though. Need to look out for a 50% off code for euro next time .
