Has anyone resolved an issue like this???
When I put my key to position 2 on a cold start up the fresh air vent box actuator seems to reposition itself and it is causing a loud clicking noise from the passenger side dash.
It clicks a few times then will stop. This problem just appeared and I can't seem to find the cause or solution, removed and replaced the actuator and it still happens? Very difficult location under the fuse box/glove compartment, but apparently the plastic gears can become broken and misalligned ??
Any help would be appreciated. 2008 Z4 Coupe
