At last got to try my AG Soft Top kit i bought a few weeks back.
Firstly i applied the cleaner to a dry soft top after rinsing with a hose but after a few minuits realised its better if you apply to a wet roof so hosed again and makes the shampoo stage a lot easier.
I used the sponge that came in the kit for the cleaning stage
Did an area at a time then rinsed and you do need to rinse a lot i used an AG Synthetic to wipe away the the water and would keep rinsing until i could press firmly with the AG Synthetic and no soap suds appeared then moved on to the next section until done.
Gave the hood a final wipe over with my AG then left to dry.
When dry i started to use the Protector not impressed with the way it sprayed so had to use a piece of regular sponge to spread it around and once i had done the whole roof i left to dry.
While drying i went over the glass with AG Fast Glass which easily removed any overspray of the Product.
Personally next time i will try a product that you can wipe on but the end result looks OK.
Shampoo stage

Rinsed

Finished and Dry

Tried to get a beading pic but when i tipped half a cup of water on the roof it was mad it gathered into one huge bead and ran off the roof like a scene from Terminator 2 and left a pin head size bead
