aftermarket radio facia's anyone recognise this

Hi I want to fit an aftermarket radio. Most facias look poor, came across this website which appears to show the best looking facia I have seen:

Has anyone seen this facia adapter and/or know where to get it from?

It looks like the usual type of aftermarket adapter you can buy from ebay but in black rather than grey to match the facelift cars??

That actually looks really smart, much nicer than then std dark grey bulky one I had fitted

I have this one, I also bought the protruding one - but preferred the flush fit so used it in preference ....it still looks rather aftermarket but the best option in my opinion if you want a modern stereo.
