After seeing so many dads and kids at Silverstone...

Stuart Truman

Lifer
 The Cotswolds
There were kids of all ages with their parents. Srhutch, Jon222 and TomScott at one end, to Bing and Markeg at the other. (Nobody intentionally missed)

I saw this today and thought I'd share for those who did a bit of parent child bonding yesterday...

made me smile.....
me and my son are going to a classic car show today.... he's 2 years old :-)

yesterday?? work was terrible and they needed my support.... i had no child care... so.... the wing man needed to come along.. bag of chips, micky mouse club house and i nearly managed to do something...

:) unfortunately, Harry's not my son, more a surrogate son - known him since he was a baby when his mother (who's been the wife's best mate for years) was deserted by her husband when he ran off with another mate of hers - he's never been in contact with them since. Harry (and the other two) are great kids,so have no problems doing father/son things with any of them ...or with my other son, Elliot.

As you may have noticed yesterday, Harry is really into his cars, so yesterday was nirvana for him

Excellent Stuart - it was great to see the father/child ratio this year, very cool, you only missed Jembo and his son I think... Thanks to you for sharing your and Alice's time with us

Well done sir  :happyclap: Kids really need a mentor, guidance and someone to look up to that isn't on the tele. That's money in the bank for his future outlook on life.

Memories are far better than any boxed up present I've ever known - hence why I've always tried for birthdays, Xmas & the time they're with me to take them somewhere to broaden their horizons & meet new people.

As it happens... I found 15-20 of these video clips on my GoPro this morning, kids egh :@)

any bloke can father a child, being a dad is far more important, my dad is not my father but my dad as been a brilliant dad
