After retro fitting Aux Cable - Sat Nav audio has gone.

Hi all,
Since retro fitting an Aux Cable into my 2007 Z4M Roadster, 2 weeks ago, yesterday I noticed the audio from the sat nav has stopped working.
The Aux cable is fitting into the CD Multichanger point, I don't have a multi changer, but I was wondering whether the Sat Nav audio goes through the same cabling?

Of course, I could take the car apart again and test this theory, but I was wondering if anyone else has experienced the same issue?

Nope not had that problem, although I don't use the satnav tbh.
I do now have a defunct cd changer, i enitially had them both working but the cd changer has stopped loading discs :(
It's just a storage device now :(
 
The sat nav and bluetooth go through the white plug on the left and the aux on the right

Both plugs are removed from the factory wiring loom by pushing on top of the plug
