Yes -whenever i take her up to 60-70 mph even for a few minutes i have the emissions light come on,took it to my indy who ran a software update,hoping it would broaden the error spectrum,but no it came on again whilst hooning -took her back to the indy who read the codes as the two aft cat sensors

I had a code come up which said cat, took it to bmw and it turned out to be a crack in the manifold which was replaced. My code came on when I was driving steady on the motorway, so not sure its the same thing, but BMW did say to me that the sensors either side of the cat can sometimes play up.
