Don't forget that in order to fit the rear M bumper you would have to do more, such as converting to facelift rear lights as well, which would mean a lot of trouble to get the lights working, etc. All possible and pretty funky, but also pretty expensive.

The combination of symmetric rear lights, quads and the areo diffuser also look great and are less M wannabee IMHO:
