Advice needed iPad and Measuring Tool

Just a really out there question.

Does anyone know if there is an app available that when viewing architectural plans on an iPad, if the PDF has tools that allow you to measure embedded on the document, the tools are not viewable when you open the PDF on your iPad.

Does anyone know if there is an application that allows you to measure architectural plans, or that will let me use the embedded measuring tool, on your iPad?

Hoping there are some architects in here.

AutoCAD WS? although I'm not sure on the associated / supported file types
