Adjusting sat nav volume

Hi all,

I'm finding that the navigation volume setting under the main settings screen appears to have absolutely no effect. The voice says "louder" or "quieter" whenever I adjust the volume, but no matter which end of the scale I set it to it's always the same volume - too loud!

Am I doing something wrong or is this a fault? Software v32.

It is also affected by the radio volume as it is relative to that. Turn the radio down as well (even if the radio is off it will reduce it still).
