Adding oil gauges to an M54

So, I've consigned myself to having to ditch my ashtray and fit the double gauge plate in there.

I want separate oil pressure and temperature gauges, with configurable warning lights/buzzers, to make sure I don't lunch my engine on longer track sessions. I think I've found the gauges I want, but I'm in a bit of a pickle about where to fit the senders, and would appreciate some input from those with experience.

Options are:
1. Vanos banjo bolt adaptor. https://www.moreheadspeedworks.com/product/msw-1-8-npt-tapped-vanos-banjo-bolt/
Looks neat, but I suspect I'm only getting a single sender unit on there, and I can't find any combined temp/pressure senders.

2. Oil filter cap. https://www.catune.co.uk/variants-Y2FyX21ha2U9Ym13JmNhcl90eXBlPWUzOSZwYXJlbnRfaWQ9MjEzOQ==.html
This looks neat, and I guess I could just disconnect the electrical connections when doing an oil change. Probably my fave so far, but I don't know if this is a good place to measure temp and pressure.

3. Oil filter sandwich plate. https://www.avb-sports.be/bmw/3-serie/e46-1999-2004/engine-internals/oilsandwich-plate/24675/
I can't see how this could work. Surely this is some kind of inaccurate listing?

Any suggestions as to which is the best solution for me? I'm leaning towards the cap, simply because it's such a neat solution - I just need to find one which isn't designed for cooler takeoff.

I will need this information soon, as need to fit additional gauges to my Z3 (M54) project.
www.etbinstruments.com may be able to help, as they make specific gauges for M54 cars.

I did have a thread on this, it may be of some help!

I would think Liam22 might have some info on this as he races his, albeit an N52. I don't imagine it is very different in principle. Also if you can make contact with the various BMW racing series - BMW car club or BMW racing drivers club etc. I'm sure you would find someone to assist.

I see you are London based but if you are anywhere near, the Ramair BMW championship are racing at Donington on Saturday in the CSCC meeting. Drivers generally are usually only too happy to answer questions. If get a moment I will see what I can find out (I'm in race 1 with the sprite and they are race 2.

This is another option from Demon Tweeks for temp sensor
