ACS sideskirts installed

hmm ,in two minds, acs seem to make things different for differents sake , not always an improvement, the aeros just beef it up enough as theyre subtle, the acs,s are in danger of looking a little like those awful ott veilside kits you see on hot hatches every now and then, the vents dont seem to go anywhere either and the exhausts are just to big, more suited to a footballers bentley, sorry but less is more in this case, but hey , if it does it for you, thats all that counts, we all know that half the fun of owning these cars is the thrill of the chasing down parts andthe anticipation of delivery and fitting the same , still a very nice coupe, enjoy. :driving:

it looks fine, i tell you what, im pretty certain a more agressive wheel will bring the whole theme out and finally be the missing piece of the puzzle!!! look into rims next!!

bang on  desperatly want some Rays TE37 SL. top end forged wheels for 2.2k seems OK (but I'll wait for next years bonus!).

Tyre size seems to be a real pain though. Current I can onl get PS2's in the correct OEM size and it seems difficult for Rays too.

You have some I think Beedub do you not?

they were on the list but i couldnt get them here for reasonable money..... where have you found them for 2.2k??? cheapest i could find was demon tweeks @ 3200!!!!

With some spare dinero my wheels of choice would be Apex EC-7's, i think great value for money.

I like it,overall...wouldnt have gone for quite as big exhausts myself, but do like the look. rear bumper and sideskirts look nice/diffirent. are the skirts venting anywhere,ie extra airflow/cooling for rear brakes? or are they just blanked off,or going nowhere?

Looks great tho

Not to my taste. I prefer aero. However, glad you like them. Certainly unique

great choice and fantastic value..... sadly import costs make them a touch more than comfortable when looking at their static costs.

When I last bought some Rays wheels it was cheaper to get them from the states and pay the tax then buy them over here, still £££££ though!

got the quote 3 months ago from ACS UK 18" mind!

£2520 inc vat but not including delivery wheel bolts, centre caps orvalves.> Lead time minimum 4 weeks.

Craig 3.0: I'll post some close ups soon. Yes the vents are not blocked off and are directed towards the bottom of the rear wheel arch which only blocked by the rubber fron mud guards and so easy to cut a hole into. Not sure the rear brakes need venting though (Exdos?). If I did vent them then sticking some kind of nice looking mesh would be the desired touch up :D .

Regarding the exhaust I have yet to take some decent pics but in the metal, it looks just fab: just slicker and lower and removes some of that heavy bottom look.

Amaizing race proven lightweight forged wheels.

Close ups of air entry points. I think if you cut out a hole in the rear mudguard and fit a tube securely you can channel air directly behing the disk.

The muffler huggers look much better body colour too unlike the ACS brochure painted black. Have you had a problem with the pain bubbling because of the heat?
