Acoustic Tone when locking

Yes, mine beeps twice on unlock and once on lock, along with indicator flashes. Marius coded mine in using INPA so if you know anyone, they can do the same to yours.

It helps me massively as my key fob battery is weak and the car occasionally doesn't lock on the first press, so now I can visibly see it locking without having to pull the handle.

It just needs to be coded I to the car
You can purchase software and a cable to do it yourself
Or take to dealer or independent
Or put a post up on here saying where you are an for some beer tokens someone maybe able to help you out

I've never attempted coding. Is there a specific cable/software that you would recommend?
What other things can you tweak using coding software?

If you don't have a gap tech fitted you can have roof close coded in, depending on year of car guide me home lights, you can alter time an I think on unlock you can have lights come on.
Also on mine unlock twice activeates the drives window drop, as you open the door it lowers the window, which makes getting in slightly easier if in a tight spot
Am sure there's many other things that can be coded

This is the stuff many people use
I believe one of the software products in the kit is a simple click to activate options,
But there's also software that if you don't know what your doing you can brick modules

It's annoying as hell so I want to turn it off! It's so loud that everyone looks at you when you unlock the car!

I want the lights to flash when unlocking aswel, and maybe the beep (depending how loud it is) how easy is it to program myself with the above cable? And I'd anything else needed if so what?

Thanks

Go to the web site above go to the screen shots tab go to SSS an have a look at the screen grabs
It appears to be select a option an then activate or deactivate
Might be worth a pm to Mac who is organising the zedfest meet as he's clued up on this stuff as he was offering coding to people over Christmas

Nice 1, will have a look when on computer later and see if I can get a better understanding :)

Properly nice guy,
One of the software programmes in that kit is the scary one that can screw modules,
