Ace Cafe Z4 day, 20th September

i went last year, was great to meet fellow Z4 owners, unfortunately i cannot attend this year.
 
I hope to see a some of you tomorrow at the Ace.
The weather is looking crap, so I'm expecting a few of the few to pull out.

And this will be the last Ace cafe day meet that I'm running, interest has dropped right off In recent years.
If anyone else would like to have a go at running it, please contact me and I'll put you in touch with the owner.

First of all, thank you to the people who attended the Ace today, it was nice meeting up with some of our new members.
The weather was quite kind, luckily.

Mr Tidy will be running the Ace meeting next year, so it will continue.
We had 16 cars turned up, the lowest number that I can remember.
Fingers crossed, we will get more next year.

Well done for organising these..it’s a pretty thankless task at times..

Seems to be a general decline in all these sorts of events these days..
 
Thanks to Fred for organising this over the years, maybe not so much for volunteering me but we'll see what happens next year.

As always it was great to catch up with some familiar faces and also to meet some new members.
 
@firebobby I saw the meet on Facebook and im not sure i got to say hello on the day. Thanks for organising this event and if we have a sister Facebook account im happy to post stuff there to help the forum get visibility to events. Certain people prefer Facebook n Instagram so that's maybe why the numbers where down?

Hi, my wife put it on the FB pages, but I think there are so many about now.
We'll see how it goes next year.
 
Lovely to meet some of the members at the meet. Some nice cars there also and the weather behaved fortunately. Thanks Firebobby for organising and look forward to attending the next meet.
